As we commemorate Pride month, it is an opportunity for organizations to pay attention to language used in the workplace and commit to using inclusive language. By using inclusive language, organizations are promoting a welcoming workplace that honours individual differences, values diversity and respects individuals, all of which helps to create a positive work environment.
